When will I get my art?
As we get your order, we start custom-making it after 24 hours, providing you a cooling-off period, if you cancel within 20 hours of making your order all costs will be refunded.
The usual turnaround time between receiving the order and shipping the order is 4-5 working days (our normal working days are Monday – Friday). If your job is going to take any longer than this, we will notify you by email before we start the job. You can at this time cancel the job due to the extended time taken to produce it, should you want to.

How will my art be packaged?
- Posters, photographs, and art prints are rolled with thick paper and sealed in plastic to protect against dust before being packaged in a thick cardboard tube container.
Where is your Art Produced
The REDSnappr printing facility is based in Kingston, Jamaica.
Shipping Method
- We use The Trusted Third Party Courier DHL for our deliveries, there is only 1 speed of shipping It’s ‘Express and they will deliver your purchase in record time.
- Once your goods are shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link, so you may follow your purchase across the world to your doorstep.
Delivery timelines to:
- USA take 3-4 days for delivery and between 1-2 days for customs.
- Canada take 3-4 days for delivery and between 1-2 days for customs
- EU countries take 4-5 days for delivery and between 1-2 days for customs
- United Kingdom take 4-5 days for delivery and between 1-2 days for customs
About Customs Import Fees, Duties & Taxes
- When ordering from REDSnappr.com, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination, the payment of import fees is the responsibility of the importer and is levied based on the laws of the destination into which the products are being shipped.
- For shipments to all countries where import fees/duties are subject to be paid by the customer upon delivery by the DHL.
- The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of Jamaica may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
- These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; REDSnappr.com has no control over these charges.
- Customs offices in some countries or regions require the ‘importer of record’ to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, National Insurance, Drivers License, Passport CPF, or Tax ID.
- Countries/regions that defiantly require an identification number include Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Israel, Nicaragua, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey, though this is not a complete list.
- Customs policies vary; if you are concerned about what your charges may be, you should contact your local customs office for more information before purchase.
- We do not accept returns for: Products left at customs/ refused at the doorstep / because import fees were higher than anticipated by the customer.
- When customs clearance procedures are required, or clients do not respond to the courier company regarding them, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates, for which we are not responsible. For more information, go to your countries customs guideline regarding Import Fees.
Facts about importing into any country:
- Customs regulations and tax rates applicable to certain goods may change between the date the taxes and duties were estimated and the applicable taxes and duties on the date of import into the destination country.
- The duty or tax rate is often determined by the classification of a good, which varies by destination.
- Duties and taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination’s customs regulations. Typically, this calculation is based on our product price and shipping, before any promotions. This allows destination country customs authorities to obtain the accurate import duties and taxes owed to them based on the actual value of the goods.
- REDSnappr.com will not at any time deduct import duties/ fees from your card, these fees are payable by you directly to DHL.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your art ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
Is my package insured?
All shipments can be insured through the Trusted delivery partner for an additional US$12.
REDSnappr.com guarantees your satisfaction 100%. On the rare chance that your package is damaged during delivery. Please notify the delivery driver before signing and take pictures, we ask that you send those pictures to our Customer Support Team, info@redsnappr.com explaining the issue as soon as possible.
What happens if only part of my order is ready to ship?
Firstly, we will inform you by email in all circumstances of any delay issues related to your order, to enable you to decide which is the best way for you to receive your Art.
Because we’re mindful of resources and carbon footprint, we prefer to combine multiple items in order into one shipment. If an item is temporarily out of stock to print your order, or the material is on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items if we expect the item to be restocked soon. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we’ll ship your entire order to you in one shipment. If your shipment is delayed due to a backordered item, you can request that in the meantime we send the rest of your order, however, this might affect your shipping charges, but please contact our Customer Support Team directly to request this.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
DHL does not deliver packages to P.O. Boxes
