What are the different kinds of REDSnappr art exhibitions?

How does the artwork get produced?

All our art is printed using high quality substrates on an 8 colour printer, this provides an amazing colour gamut that literally makes the prints pop.

How can I hang my pictures?

Most hardware stores offer picture hooks or they can be ordered online.

Can I choose the size of my favorite piece?

We supply 5 different sizes of artwork work., however if you want a large piece of art for a special project from one of our artists, not problem, please send us an email and we can provide custom pricing.

Can I select different mounting and framing options?

We do not provide Framing services, however the print sizes we offer mean that if you want you can order a frame online or go to a framing company.

What is REDsnappr price range?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is variable depending on where you want the item sent, when you follow the order process, before you complete and pay for your order you will be provided shipping costs.

Please remember some countries will charge import duty on your purchase.

How long does it take until my order is delivered?

We normally take 3-5 days to process your. order, it can then take 3 – 5 days to reach your selected location.

To which countries can I have my pieces delivered?

We can deliver to any country in the world that accepts courier deliveries.

Can I track my shipment?

Once you have made and paid for your order you will receive an email confirmation.

What shipping partners does REDsnappr work with?

We work with a number of Partners depending on where you want the package sent.

What shipping delivery options can I choose from?

There is only 1 shipping option from Jamaica.

What happens if my art arrives damaged?

if your art arrives damaged, please take pictures of the packaging and the damaged art and email us within 7 working days. We ship all our art with insurance, We will make a claim on your behalf, as soon as it is approved ( usually 3 working days) we will reprint and resent your artwork.

Can I pick my order up in a REDsnappr gallery?

Sorry for speed and accuracy all our deliveries are sent out with 3rd party courier companies.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No but it helps.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Once you have made and paid for your order you will receive an email confirmation.

Can I change my order?

We provide you a 24 hour period once the order is made to change the order, however once we have started printing your order, it can only be changed with paying the restocking fee.

What if I need my order for a specific date?

Due to the complications with shipping items all over the world, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Will my order be shipped individually or in one?

We will always try to ship multiple orders in 1 shipment, however, that is not always possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No.
